One would think setting up a new printer would be relatively easy - think again. Downloading took time. Installing software took time. Looking for a USB cord took time -- not included in box. Software crashed more than once. Still can't set up wireless link - software misidentifies SSID and can't be manually corrected. I have spent hours and am ready to throw this out a window. Am not sure plastic will hold up as cartridges are inserted and removed. May just try to repair old deskjet....or try another manufacturer.

Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

The ink works well on paper, printable vinyl and sticker paper! I have a small craft space so this is perfect-fits on top of a locker shelf on my desk and doesn’t take up much space at all

I have to restart my computer daily in order for the printer to connect, otherwise, it’s a good printer.
