It worked fine at first just a little slow on the printing. One day a job got stuck in the cue. I tried everything to fix it including attempting a factory reset to no avail. No technical support from HP. Now its just a large desk paper weight.

However be prepared to wait a while if you want color copies. We got it for the very low cost and use it as a back-up only.

It is very slow for printing, which I could deal with, but I miss some of the features on some of the more advanced models (like easy 2-sided printing and a better scanner). However, the printer completely broke about 2 months after I started using it. HP is going to replace it, but I'm thinking I'll just be purchasing a new printer. The one thing I will say that I liked is that it is a cute printer and it didn't take up a lot of space.

It does not print double side and you have to hand feed to scan and copy. It's not a problem for me since I don't use those options too often.

Ink is fairly cheap, which is good because it must be replaced a lot. Very slow, so i would not recommend for large projects.
