That’s about the only nice thing I can say. It took about 10 minutes to print a best quality page from an attachment. That’s not just fast enough for me. Otherwise, everything else about is was just okay... what you would expect for the price.

Regarding the slow printing, often just updating the firmware can help. You can check to see whether updated firmware is available for your printer here:

After about six months of owning the first one, it kept giving errors that there was something wrong with the paper feed. I called for support from HP and it was never resolved. I Purchased another of the same because it’s what I could afford, but it almost immediately started giving the same error. Too late to take it back, the stupid ink subscription charges you every month, according to what you are supposedly printing, but it has been a true waste. I’m on average getting charged $4.50 per month for basically doing nothing, and having the printer not print. this printer and subscription stinks.

It worked fine when she got it, but it sometimes sat for a few months not being used. It eventually quit working. Decided it was cheap enough that we didn't want to spend money to try to fix it.

I'll admit setting this thing up is kinda of pain in the butt, but once it's setup you can start printing and scanning documents right away.
