The pictures do not show that the paper loads from top of this printer which is very deceptive as I wanted one that loaded from bottom and returned at bottom as I don't want the paper standing up on top of printer in my way. I would have went with the cheaper one had I known this as I just needed a basic all in one printer at low cost. It needs to tell in description or show in pictures. Otherwise so far it seems to be an okay printer, kind of loud.

This printer gets the job done, however sometimes it take s forever to print and if there is an issue it usuaullt isnt clear whats wrong. Overall, a decent printer for a student.

This set up like a breeze. I was worried based on some reviews I had read with people having issues with set up. The one complaint we do have is that somehow one of our computers can no longer send print jobs, but it can send to scan. Not sure what the deal is there. We also did not receive a cable to connect it to the computer in question, so that is a bit disappointing.

Bought this printer for our daughter for her school work . This is a great printer and does a great job !!

Pretty good overall, a little finicky sometimes but if clearing the print job works when it gets confused.

Nice and compact. Unable to connect to wireless with multiple attempts. Also a bit noisy.

Setup was confusing until I downloaded their setup program. Then my printer was setup without my help and I’ve been printing from my iPhone and iPad with no problems. The printouts are adequate and using the ink program means I’ll never run out.

Bought this for a gift for my mother and she's been using it daily with no problem.

Decent, basic printer, but noticeably louder and clunkier than my previous hp deskjet (which lasted for about 15 years!) I’ve had this printer for 2-3 months and just ran out of ink, even though I’ve only printed about a quarter reams-worth of paper (mostly B&W). That’s not great in my experience, but the Epson all-in-one was far worse in both performance and ink usage.

As far as print goes, this wasn't a bad printer, however if you want the insta-ink option and wifi, you may be in for a fight. I bought this on a Friday night and after some struggling, was able to connect to my computer and phone, via wifi. I was never able to set up the insta-ink subscription. I kept getting "there in an error with your subscription". I did print several things, including a picture, and the print was very good. However, since one of the main reasons that I purchased this printer was the ability to save money with the insta-ink program, this was only a partial success. Fast forward to Monday, when I could reach out to customer support. After 15 minute on hold with the virtual assistant, I was able to connect with customer support. He understood the issue and said it would take about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, he wanted to connect into my computer, which I was not comfortable with, so he kept having me do different steps. After another 40 minutes, I told him that I had to work and would have to contact them back. 1 hour down. After work, I contacted again through the virtual assistant. Again, they wanted to remote in, again I said no. Again said 20 minutes to fix. The printer was hooked up, I just couldn't get the insta-ink program to work. They couldn't explain why it wasn't working. after 1/2 an hour of doing the same steps over and over and she still couldn't get the insta-ink to work, I gave in and let her remote into my computer. She took another 40 minutes, but finally got the program to work but somehow managed to kill the wifi. I couldn't connect without a cable ( which was not included and I just happened to have from an old printer) and she had no idea why. She sait that was another department and I would have to contact them. Anothe hour and a half of my time (I'm up to 2 and 1/2 hours now) and still don't have my printer working. Fast forward to Tuesday, after work, I contacted the department that she instructed me to, this time I held on the phone for 20 minutes or so. Again, when rhe person answered, he sai 20 minutes to fix (this must be a standard answer for everything). This time, when he wanted to remote in, I gave assess. He kept taking to me, explaining what he was doing, but again, could only get the printer to work wit a cable. When I asked what he would have done it I didn't have a cable, he said that he could've mailed one or I would've had to gone out and purchased 1. But he was going to fix it so that I could print via wifi. After almost an hour and a half, he reset the printer to factory specs, had me turn off the printer and restart my computer. My computer came back on, the printer never did. He said that the printer was outdated and that there were better ones now. I gave up. He wanted to keep working, told him I wasn't interested, that I was packing the printer back up and returning to store. He wanted me to give more time... after giving HP over 4 hours of my life, I said enough. Packed the printer up, Will never purchase an HP again.

Got this one at a discount when buying a laptop. It's fine as a standby printer/scanner but is not too fast.

Sturdy little inkjet with a small footprint. Good quality from HP as usual. Haven't tried scanning yet.

Bought this for my daughter who uses it at college. She loves it. Works perfectly.

It prints great photos and documents the ink ready is great don’t have to worry about running out of ink

This SMALL printer does it ALL. Would not recommend for office, but perfect for students and small all in one print jobs

It was so easy to set up and the functionality is awesome! It exceeded my expectations! Was a great deal for the money!
