Setting up wasn’t that easy but thankfully I work for a computer company and they were able to do it!

I need to be able to scan multi pages at a time. It printed great but what I really needed. I had to look up on Google on how to scan at all. The direction were so lame. When you can't even find out how to scan in that info it's pretty pathetic.

The size fit perfectly in the space I needed to use. It also prints double sided which you don't always find on less expensive printers.

But the printer did lose its wireless connection (although stationed right next to the router) when it had a “paper jam”. Fact is, it likes to pull more than one piece of paper at a time—this is HP multi-purpose 20 paper. Only solution I’ve found is to fan the paper well & only put 10 sheets into the printer at one time.
