Instructions make it seem like it will be a breeze but it’s not. Good luck talking to a human. I work in IT and I have never had to take this much time to setup a printer. They give a 4 month refill on ink cause most of your ink will be wasted with the printer printing nonsense unrelated to what you are actually trying to print. How about put that info in a manual or somewhere ppl don’t need to waste ink. I printed one document but now have been unable to print anything else. It’s not worth the aggravation. I will be returning

On the first couple of prints the ink was streaky and light. This was after alignment/cleaning of cartridges. Because I don't use the printer on a daily basis, I was past the return period by the time I realized that it is defective & useless. Now it won't print full letters and the ink is very streaky & light even with new cartridges. I'm now fighting with HP to process a return on this product. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more on a different printer/brand.

While I'm glad that you like the printer's portability, it's disappointing to hear that its seems to be yielding prints so slowly. I can definitely imagine how inconvenient this must be, so let's see what I can do to help fix this.
As far as slow printing speeds go, often just updating the firmware can help. If you haven't done so already, the firmware download can be found at: support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/model/11262035

Now one year passed, it still works well. The ink might not last that long though. She has ordered placement inks three times.
