The best printer I've purchased in my life. I can print documents remote and not worry about the quality about the prints being below standards. Highly recomended!

This printer is fine for smaller jobs. It has trouble keeping the WiFi connection though.

Most infuriating product I have ever bought in my life. I'm a software developer. I struggled to get this set up the first time I used it. I struggled to get it set up the second time I used it. The third time I used it, the ink was jacked up and did not fully print the document. When I did a clean, it printed a page that told me to do an alignment. When I did an alignment, it was missing more than half the page required to diagnose alignment issues.

Excellent all-around printer for the size, price and functionality. Would highly recommend for to anyone with a small space.

I am very disappointed with difficulty I'm having using the copy and scan functions.

I purchased this for my college student to use at the dorm. It’s perfect for the limited space. Easy to set up and also to store when not in use.

For the price, this guy does everything it’s supposed to do. IMO it’s a little louder than a bigger printer, but not a problem at all.

Bought this for my daughter for college and she loves it.

Smal and compact, which is what I wanted. But... incredibly, unbearably slow.

I didnt do my homework on this purchase and it is not what I wanted for my purposes; which is just a printer, copier, once in a while scan/fax. Getting it setup and connected to my wireless router/modem internet connection was difficult because there really is no sufficient direction/instruction with this product. It's like shorthand is being used and so I think this is the result of tech, not human consideration; which will only be useful once humans are gone. The product is very flimsy plastic. I'm sure real brainpower has been expended in the design, tech areas but I could snap the paper guide trays with one hand. Not a good pick on my part. More like a toy with impressive tech inside.

it works, but the paper doesn't stay in and it runs slow. Also goes thru ink really fast

It works good once you get though calling support and being on the phone for a long time! They said at Best Buy it would work as soon as I hooked signed in on the internet. Nope it didn't work that way for us. It does work good now though!

she wanted so she got it , she likes the small size

This printer is extremely difficult to setup. Instructions make it seem like it will be a breeze but it’s not. Good luck talking to a human. I work in IT and I have never had to take this much time to setup a printer. They give a 4 month refill on ink cause most of your ink will be wasted with the printer printing nonsense unrelated to what you are actually trying to print. How about put that info in a manual or somewhere ppl don’t need to waste ink. I printed one document but now have been unable to print anything else. It’s not worth the aggravation. I will be returning

Printet works good I wish it came with a tray for the paper

I am pretty satisfied with the wireless capabilities
