This printer lasted a little over a year before the copy/scan feeder malfunctioned, I was told Best Buy can send out a Geek Squad member that may or may not be able to fix it since it is a hardware issue for $99.99... the exact amount we paid for it with no guarantee it could be fixed or that if the tech messed up the actual printer more than the minor issue it would not be covered for replacement.

I only knocked off one star because it takes a long time to print things. Paper prints out very slowly. But it’s perfect for personal use! And other than that, this is a wonderful printer and I have no other complaints.

Set up is irritatingly difficult. 2. Printer does not stay linked to PC or Wifi, therefore, I must go through the setup process repeatedly. 3. The App.....why do I need to use an app for everything!? Why couldn't HP keep it simple? The App is awful. 4. Finding the printer settings is no longer a straight forward & simple task. 5. The scanner is useless. Having to hold a document in a certain position so the printer will scan is inefficient. I admit, I should have done my research before purchasing this printer, but I never would have thought it would be this bad.
