Set up is irritatingly difficult. 2. Printer does not stay linked to PC or Wifi, therefore, I must go through the setup process repeatedly. 3. The App.....why do I need to use an app for everything!? Why couldn't HP keep it simple? The App is awful. 4. Finding the printer settings is no longer a straight forward & simple task. 5. The scanner is useless. Having to hold a document in a certain position so the printer will scan is inefficient. I admit, I should have done my research before purchasing this printer, but I never would have thought it would be this bad.

First, I recommend you visit a page on our support site that has diagnostic tools for various problems, including wireless connectivity and printer-offline issues. I have it in a computer case and it’s in and out of the back of the truck but never lets me down. I print from an iPhone all the time with it and works great. Have never used the scanner though so don’t know how well it works.
