Gets the job done

However, when it comes to scanning documents, I still had to struggle a little bit to get an acceptable scan of my desired document.

However, now that the printer is working, I find the product to be well worth the $.

Dont expect this printer to handle big jobs

If you need to scan or copy more than a page or 2, you should look into one that is better equipt for larger jpbs. Not good for an "at home" office setting.

broke on the first day of use.

Best Buy Geek Squad said it was a problem that only HP could take care of and to call them. (Really pays off to buy the Geek Squad protection). Contacted HP--they were really nice and they are sending me a brand new only to replace the broken one.
