Best Buy Geek Squad said it was a problem that only HP could take care of and to call them. (Really pays off to buy the Geek Squad protection). Contacted HP--they were really nice and they are sending me a brand new only to replace the broken one.

For what I use it for its great. It is slow. But I love how small it it. If you need to print numerous pages at one time, I’d get a bigger model.

I will be bringing it back to exchange on my next trip to Dallas. Need to find a small one with a screen for accessibility.

I wasted a lot of time trying to figure out this “simple” printer. Constantly received “paper jam error”, then “tray error” and now it reads “no ink”... how? Contacted support. Purchased warranty, but the printer was so cheap that it hasn’t been worth the trouble of taking to geek squad during pandemic.
