Haven't used it all that much but it's already frustratingly unreliable. The black ink cartridge that came in it stopped working and had to be replaced when it was still half full, and lately it's been printing streaks on things that make text nearly illegible. Also, don't bother trying to print on both sides of a page--besides being a hassle since you have to manually do each side, it will frequently misalign the two sides by as much as half an inch. It's fine for occasionally printing out simple things like e-tickets or short memos, but if you need quality, this isn't the printer for you.

I have tried on two computers - I will only print images and not words. A quick google search shows many users having the same issues. no good HP solution. Don't buy this one - I am trying top return mine.

Any printing on 2 sides of the paper has to be done manually, scanning function does not work very well.
