Easy to use makes things simple when printing and love the Bluetooth capabilities

This printer is really great for its value. An all-in-one printer for less than $100? Awesome! The catch: installation. My wife and I spent an entire day trying to figure out how to install the wireless feature for the printer. We even got to the point where we decided to use a usb cable, but no luck there either. We were very close to refunding it since not even YouTube tutorials explained how to install this product with ease. However, once we were finally able to set it up, everything was a breeze from there. I’d give it a higher star rating if it weren’t for the fact that installation was very difficult to manage with very little guidelines and explanation.

Considering the price point, it’s a good printer. Gets the job done. If you’re looking to print high resolution photos I would say to find something different. My needs were basic and I am happy with my purchase and you will be to.

For the price it’s you get what you pay for it’s just a little slow

This is the second printer I bought. The first one installed on our wireless network with ease. This one had issues and installed differently. It is a pain. You have to download the hp smart ap on every device you want to print from.

Very compact and easy to use. It does jam sometimes though and I have to clean the cartridge heads often.

This little guy is efficient and the perfect size for small apartments that have transformed into home offices.

I brought this printer for my daughter for college need. It is printing, scanning pretty good.

I really thought I was getting a nice, simple printer all in one to use. What I especially liked about it was the scan feature, as many of the local office max and supply stores have closed near by for me to go to do it there at their place. A year and half later when scanning, I got a black box from my ink cartridge across the top of the page. And it can't be fixed. I had to start over and buy a printer.
