    I find that I have to change the ink cartridges more frequently than other printers. Considering the cartridge prices it's not terrible. But it definitely gets the job done for the initial price.

    I could not get this printer to work. I inserted the ink cartridges but the printer keep indicating it did not have ink. Also, it did not have automatic 2-sided printing even though I was told by a representative from Best Buy & HP that it did. I returned this printer.

    The HP All in One printer is useless. The program would not load into my computer- Your Geek Squad technician had to set it up using my cell phone - Still does not work properly. User Manual is also useless. AFTER I purchased it, I went on Amazon and found 30 reviews - 29 of them said it was a mistake getting that printer.

    Overall, pretty nice. Only issue is the scanner is very tough to use for items that are not single sheets of paper. For example, a passport cannot be scanned as it is too thick to fit into the scanner.

    I have had bad, bad luck with this printer. It constantly says there is a paper jam. I can not find a paper jam. I can not reset the printer. When I check online, it says that there may not actually be a paper jam, it just thinks there is. Nothing it has suggested I do has helped. I am able to scan but because I can not print, this is pretty much useless to me.
