Worst Printer Ever

It took me more than one hour to print 14 pages. What is this? Unbelievable. I think it’s by far the worst printer I have ever purchased. I paid more money for this printer than another HP Deskjet I had, and even that printer performed better than this. Not to mention, that in the process of printing those 14 pages, the printer stopped printing with a printer error 5 times. I am so totally disappointed with HP.

The program would not load into my computer- Your Geek Squad technician had to set it up using my cell phone - Still does not work properly. User Manual is also useless. AFTER I purchased it, I went on Amazon and found 30 reviews - 29 of them said it was a mistake getting that printer.

You have to feed what youre copying rather than laying it on a screen. Can be tricky when youre copying odd shaped pages.

When I need two forms printed it will print the first immediately, then print the second 30 minutes later. Absolutely regret buying this printer. I only need to print 2 - 10 papers a day in batches of 2, so nothing difficult, but no matter what I do, how many times I reset and restart It can’t do that simple job.

Spend your hard earned money on any other printer then this one and I would avoid any printers made by HP and they can take their ink subscription service and choke on it.
