Ready to use very easy to access any function I love it

Not gonna lie, the printer's still in the box. But for $20 and smaller than a roll of paper towels, seemed worth taking a chance on buying it for a backup printer in case I ever needed an instant replacement.

Pro- 1. Worked out of the box with USB connection on 7 year old iMac; 2. WiFi connection was easy (thank goodness); 3. Copier quality was okay; 4. the two ink cartridges were easy to install Con- 1. FLIMSY so treat with care; 2. part time users who are older will have issues with scanning/copying as one must hold the sheet for scan/copy until machine catches the sheet; 3. Print quality is only fair; 4. only two ink cartridges; 5. slow; 6. control buttons are confusing

Purchaced this wireless all I one printer, brought it home and began the paring process much to my surprise it would not recognize theHP laptop my wife uses for work. I tried everything HP suggested to no avail. I even watched videos on YouTube but that didn’t work either. I drove toBest Buy and returned it. Best Buy was very cooperative in returning my money. After driving 90 miles round trip to purchase and return the printer needless to say I was very frustrated. I would not recommend this printer to any one.

This printer has been a headache since I purchased it. I constantly have to reestablish a WiFi connection for it to work. It’s like setting up the printer for the first time every time I need to print. I know it was cheap, but I expected more from HP. It’s done nothing but bring me grief.

Great printer, love having WiFi and the compact size of it.

I’m a college student and works perfectly for me! Only downside is it doesn’t print double sided but other than, great value for your money!!

I print about 1 to 2 pages every week or so. The ink runs out after about 3 weeks. Printer is constantly offline, I changed internet providers after the warranty expired and HP wanted $19.99 to troubleshoot printer wi-fi connectivity. I cannot recommend this printer at all.

Laptop is easy to use. Screen is large enough to see clearly.

AWFUL printer. Prints of .pdfs cut of bottom 1". There's nothing you can do about it. Getting it to print from wi-fi is almost impossible without turning it off and on again. I've fought with for a year and have finally decided to give up and get a different one. Avoid at all costs.

As a (recently retired) systems tech, I have set up hundreds of printers - many types and models. The setup of this printer was an unforgettable and ridiculous experience. I have never invested the time in a setup as I did with this printer. It is 2021, not 1999; it shouldn't be this complicated. So far what has been printed has looked fine...although most of it was printed without my input. It just printed out as the process went on. I copied an HP doc that was printed out and the copy came out darker and heavier than the original, which made it look like, well, a bad copy. The one scan I did was acceptable. I could go on and on, but I won't. Just beware, you may need some help if you want to set this printer up to perform all facets of its possibilities. Let's just say I'm glad I have 2 weeks to test this printer out while deciding whether or not to keep it. HP - I am surprised and disappointed in the product.
