The look of this printer is very nice but it’s kinda loud when printing. It’s also complicated when connecting printer to your computer.

The light, compact size makes it portable. Performed ok, but did not reconnect easily wirelessly to laptop.

We got this printer because of the price but little did we know this was going to be perfect for us it doesn’t eat up ink, prints fast, the only downfall is the fact that you manually have to flip the paper to do double sided, Honestly not a big complaint because it’s fantastic!

Needed an inexpensive printer as my old one died. This is a decent quality for the price and the ink is mostly reasonably priced compared to others.

So many connection issues! I've had it for a little over a month, and I have had to call HP about 4 times to help me connect it. It's not compatible with 5G, and it didn't come with an USB which left me stuck without a printer while I was trying to get through to HP Support. Once I got it connected, it is a nice printer. Nothing fancy but it gets the job done. And I really like the app which let's me scan, copy and save projects. Overall, I don't recommend.

Very slow printer. It's easy to use and portable but very un reliable and slow.

Will not take multiple pages to scan nothing like the 250 printer the 250 is more money but worth it

I bought this for my dad who is a recent retiree. He wanted a simple printer that he could use to print out forms, as needed. Per the reviews, I thought this would be a great choice. When it works.... it's great. It does the job. Unfortunately, it only works when it feels like it. I have connected it by bluetooth, to the Wi-Fi, and even ordered a cord for it to be connected manually to the laptop he prints from... and it only works about 50% of the time. Almost every time we want to use it, it has to be reconnected- meaning you have to go thru the set up as if its brand new. We have moved it around the house, thinking that it had a bad connection due to location... and still, it struggles to work. I wish I could give this a better review. For the record, it is connected to a Dell Inspiron laptop (also brand new). I also got the HP app, which should have helped, and even the agents online couldn't figure out what's wrong with it. Bummer.

Good quality printer/scanner/copier, but not what I needed. I need a flat-bed copier, so I sold this and got what I needed (HP 5000-series).

Like the wireless printing capability. Fast delivery.

Printer was easy to set up and prints a nice image.

I have had many HP printers and hoped that this one would be worth the $$. Small, compact, and all-in-one was exciting but failed. Could not get the toner to be accepted by the printer, bought a new one cartridge and still failure galore. I will be returning for a refund or chuck it in the trash...not worth the garbage bag to put it in.
