    Ok printer but it was cheap. Prints slow. Looks nice. Wouldn’t get it printing frequently.

    My daughter has the same one. We both had problems getting it to hook up to the wireless connection. Still don’t had to buy a cord to hook it up directly to computer.

    This was a good device until it stopped connecting to wifi and after following all the trouble shooting prompts it’s now hopeless. Is this printer outdated? I’m asking this because this is what happened to my other outdated printer.

    We purchased this printer to replace our Epson printer. Love this printer. This is exactly what we needed for printing, scaning and smaller in size. We did need to have Total Tech come out to our house to set it up correctly.

    I have had many HP printers and hoped that this one would be worth the $$. Small, compact, and all-in-one was exciting but failed. Could not get the toner to be accepted by the printer, bought a new one cartridge and still failure galore. I will be returning for a refund or chuck it in the trash...not worth the garbage bag to put it in.
