Printer has had problems from day one...setup not working. Downloaded multiple times but still doesn't work

Could not get this to connect to my computer. Reached out for help, was told they could figure out what was going on. 0/5

This printer is so easy to setup, and use. It works great!

Cute, but didn't work for my needs. The quality of the prints are nice but a little slow printing.

A little smaller and slower than I expected but overall a good printer. Setup can be a bit difficult, but not impossible. Just need to follow the instructions to the letter

AWFUL!! Cannot copy or scan anything except sheets of paper. Misleading description is saying it is copy/scan all-in-one. Has no lid to open to make copies or scan cards, photos, book pages, etc. Worst HP printer ever. Definitely way overpriced for a limited function printer. Quit working after 1 month leaking ink all over paper during printing.

If trash made you insane... disconnects from WiFi, difficult to set up, paper jams. This thing printed 3 things for me and I honestly have to say it took a total of 6 hours of my time. I have never wanted to break anything as badly as this little troll of a machine.

It worked great at first but not so the second time. I recommend getting a printer that connects with a desktop to print pictures and documents.

this replaced a ten year old HP that was working fine just needed another as that one was given to a family member

As ink cost is bigger then price vale of printer. Ink cost exceeds in 4 months from date of purchase. I do not recommend to any one this product.

This printer is just the right size. However, it is difficult to set up. Once it was set up the first time, it scanned and printed. Anytime after the first time, the printer never worked right. I troubleshooted the router several times, and used the USB cable.

Honestly I bought this because the color was cute, but that wasn't worth it. The printer is extremely slow, it takes waaaaaay too long to print a single page. I bought this to use for my side business where I need to print high quality pictures, this ain't it chief. The colors are sort of faded, often times they get lines through them. When you look up close its nowhere near product quality. I just end up going to Staples to get my products printed (stickers and prints). The scanner is fine if you are just scanning plain paper, but at some point I needed a scan of my license aaaand that wasn't happening through this thing. I could only recommend purchasing this if you are really doing OCCASIONAL printing. Just don't be in a rush because this printer WILL take a few years off your life. Yeah it's cheap and cute, but be warned haha

Terrible printer. Has never worked well - color printing has never worked, I have not been able to align the color prints. B+W printing a not great. After two years - I am giving up on this printer and replacing it with an Epson EcoTank ET-2850.

For some reaaon, it wouldn't wirelessly connect to my laptop, which is also new. Had to buy a connector cable. The printer also takes about 5-10 minutes to print a page. I usually get an error message the first few times I try to print anything. Not 100% sure if this is some kind of error on my part, but I feel like it should have been easier to set up as I have set up plenty of printers in the past.
