When I first got it I was confused but with the help of the geek squad I was able to type and print with no problem. I highly recommend the Hewlett Packard from best buy to everyone. We could not get this printer hooked up to our computer (we don’t have WiFi-it doesn’t come with a cord). Even when I finally found a number for HP, they were going to charge me if they helped me over the phone with instructions-the printer came with none. It was so awful. (We finally bought a cord and figured it out with a lot of help from a friend over FaceTime)
