When I went to open door, item fell down the steps. Also item was shipped in original box, not put inside an unmarked box. All and all the printer works ok. The only problem was connecting to my computer. Could not do wireless connection. Did not try to scan yet.

I am able to print things I need printed. When I want to copy things the quality is awful. I will not be using the copy feature. I am also looking into a different one. Im just not happy with it. I would not recommend.

I bought this for my dad. He doesn't have a computer or home wifi. He only has his cell phone. I have only been able to get it to print 1 time from his phone. I ordered a mini USB to usb-b cable. I am hoping this will work for him to just plug the phone into the printer.

The printer will not connect to any of the devices that I have tried to connect to it, when it does connect it will disconnect in the middle of printing or scanning.
