I am able to print things I need printed. When I want to copy things the quality is awful. I will not be using the copy feature. I am also looking into a different one. Im just not happy with it. The printer will not connect to any of the devices that I have tried to connect to it, when it does connect it will disconnect in the middle of printing or scanning.
