Getting used to it. It seemed a little complex at first and I was in a hurry.

Easy to set up and very compact, which was a big selling point. As to performance, it's very disappointing. Connectivity via a USB cable is sketchy, sometimes requiring the host computer to be rebooted to get the print queue to be processed. I have not tried the WiFi connection yet, which may or may not be any better; I have several other HP printers that suffer from WiFi connectivity issues, hence this negtive characteristic may be endemic with HP printers in general. The print speed is glacial. It can take a couple of minutes to print a single page. The scan feature works decently enough. though one has to manually feed in pages and ditto for creating copies. Yes, this is designed to be a low-end, compact printer with a low duty cycle, but I did not anticipate the performance and stability to be this low.

My previous HP printer died so I had to purchase a replacement. Most of the new models are too large for my drawer space hence I bought this one. It is horrible on all accounts. There is not one thing I like about it. The product is VERY cheaply made and goes sooooooo slow. I hate it. Stay are far away from this printer as possible!!!

Not at all what I thought from description. VERY cheaply made....I realize you get what you pay for BUT this is so cheap plastic and flimsy made We have not een able to make a descent copy and bought new ink instead of start pack ink that came with the printer to see if that would help....STILL terriblemakes streaks and blotches when scanning or printing We just received it on 5/25/22. Did OT realize it was only returnable till something like 6/9. I thought you always get 30 days????? Anyway, I have a call in to Best Buy. I really just want to exchange it for a BETTER, MORE EXPENSIVE one so maybe they will be flexible about the date?!?!? I am on hold RIGHT NOW with Best Buy

This product broke after 45 days of low volume usage. We tried to follow the troubleshooting steps online, but none of the suggested steps resolved the issue with inconsistent printing.

Good desktop printer, but not for huge volume printing

Works well but uses a lot of ink. Serves our needs for printing at home.

I had a lot of issues during the set up process. It took HP 2 hours to run all these tests to figure out what was wrong. They figured out the problem which was nice. It is too small of a printer. 1 cartridge can print 20 pages. It is a rip off!

The color is bold and clear. The setup process was a little tedious.

Works well, but not the fastest printer in the west!

I do not recommend this item, it doesn’t read the original ink, is very hard to make it work have to clean and restart it a thousand times before it works, very poor quality.

For an inexpensive printer it works very reliably. Not the fastest or best printer, but does the job.

After 7 months we needed to setup the printer with the USB connection. No connection was able to be made. Coincidentally, the Geek Squad had another on of these printers in earlier with the exact same problem. If you don't need to setup the printer with a USB connection it worked fine for a low volume situation.

I wasn't able to get the USB port to work. It took a long time to set up which should be a fairly simple process. Gave up on the USB port but actually preferred that option over wi-fi. This is an inexpensive, cheap printer so i'm not going to take it back.

The printer never worked. Didn’t hook up like it was supposed to. After going through tech support they were unable to get it to wirelessly hook up. The printer did print up my homework assignments for a couple weeks through the wired connection but eventually that failed to work as well. I took it back and got a different printer. This one was just awful.

Overall a good printer if your printing load is light. Otherwise, not a good option.

After a week we decided to take it back. This would OK if it was for a student or for your kid.

This printer is great and it doesnt take alot of space in my room. It is best to use a usb cable and with the phone app it works great.

This is the perfect printer for home use; we don't need to print things very often, but it does the job. It also will scan and fax so it's all we need. So far very satisfied with purchase.

Amazing photo printer! I am the historian for the LAOH in Auburn NY, and the ladies couldn't believe the quality of the old photos I printed from the web.
