I got it back to our place and hooked it up only to find that it took like 10 minutes to print one page. I tried both hard wiring it to my lap top as well as wifi with little difference. Don't bother buying this very poor quality printer.

I downloaded the HP app and is not compatible with my phone so I cannot use use it not to mention the 15 days was 10/1 so I owe this at on my and cannot use it. I called and I chatted with rep and was told they could not help me. I just opened this account.

It worked fine for the first few pages and has consistently been unable to feed paper since. You will hear it spin while the paper tray sits full before the paper jam light comes on. There is nothing obviously jamming it, and if I physically hold the paper in place for it to grab, it'll ultimately grab multiple sheets to print one side.

Have not used this one yet, but it does copy, print, and scan as I need it to so I see no problem with it. Would definitely purchase another HP product.

NO so I brought it back got an CANON TS9120, Which was recommended to go with my CHROMEBOOK but yet still have yet to set it up. I have no up to date technology skills. I need geek squad. Was a nice size printer. Space saver. Upgrade to one that has a screen to help program WI-FI
