    With the pandemic and some library is still closed this printer has been very helpful for when I need to print labels to return something

    The cable connection was loose when it arrived but I didn’t want to bother with the hassle of sending it back. A month later, the cable won’t even stay in and you can’t even keep it powered on by holding the cable in with your hand.

    I like this item. The print is very slow and takes longer time a paper to come out. This may be for use for smal children for school projects.

    She's a beauty, until you get a new WIFI/router and need to set up again on a new network. The QR codes aren't scanning properly, and links for support are AWOL. Beyond frustrating, printer is months old...I'm ditching and buying another NON-HP printer, just to get it over.

    It works great, but took couple hours to figure out how to hook up jet pack WiFi to printer and cellphone/iPad.

    Purchased printer, then bought a wireless top of line computer to discover it is not that compatible. Had to hard wire it. It you obviously get what you pay for. Less than pleased. The laptop meets above expectations.

    Purchase the printer for my daughter who is dorming away at college. She is unable to print wirelessly. Took it into the store and they weren’t much help. Purchased the printer because it was wireless, and with it not functioning it defeats the purpose. Very unsatisfied

    Just watch a YouTube video to set up. It really isn’t that complicated. It does everything I need it to do, even sent a fax
