Nice printer I like the design and the colors but the printer work perfect.

Lasted for over a year and 4 months. I have a 2009 hp model that works better than this printer. It is not a 3 in one though. Really disappointed of this HP.

I love my purchase and completely satisfied. All the items I purchased from Best Buy I love the price is the delivery time.

Would not recommend, runs extremely slow, stay away!

The ink got dried too soon I hardly printed 10 pages

Printer works but there’s a huge delay before it prints if it prints at all. Don’t know what I did wrong with set up. It’s a bit frustrating.

Had I been able to shop at the store -- I live in a remote, rural area -- I would not have bought it. It does anI ok job but really is not big enough for my needs. Re. the ink for it, it is quite pricey and, had I been in the store, I would have checked on that and would have probably bought a different model. Also, this model does not qualify for the automatic ink plan which I did not know. I should have checked on both of these ink issues on-line but really didn't think to.

Decent. Still relatively new. Encountered one issue but it was fixed. Scanner ok. Good for small home office functions. Basic. Somwhat wish I went for another but it was the size , color and price that made me buy it.

Great little printer, just what a young school student would love in their room

Good for your money. Very small. Does what it needs to. Wireless. Inexpensive and comes with starter ink.

Do not buy this printer if you actually want to print things. Do buy this printer if you like that feeling of wanting to throw all of your technology out a window every time you want to print a thing. This printer always has excuses for not working but it won't tell you what those excuses are. Your print command just disappears without a response or you get a "printer error" response. Somehow, after spending hours tinkering with things, you'll finally find something that says the problem was the wifi, or the ink (even though you've only printed 12 pages), or some other excuse that should not exist and should not take hours of trouble shooting. Again, and I cannot stress this enough, don't buy this printer. HP should spend more time making a product that works and less time making a product designed to steal your data.

Has an automatic shut off that you can't disable. So every time my husband trys to print pages he gets an offline prompt because it doesn't restart on it's own. Once you turn the power back on you have to wait for it to recycle and hook back up to wifi which takes anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes before the pages will print. The pages print slowly and the bar on top that allows for upload or copy won't take receipts. And the page has to be completely strait or it crumbles or creases as it is being fed through the bar. Would not recommend. Especially for anyone who uses it for business purposes.

After getting this printer home I wondered how it would do with photos, and it’s great with photos!

Slow printing, pages don't stay in tray, assembly tedious

Stopped working right after warranty is expired literally one year and one month. None is willing to help to resolve it

This printer worked really well with my phone but then after a while the color cartridges printed green. It was a decent price but hopefully this issue is corrected when I get new printer ink. It prints kinda slow.

Liked the printer when directly attached to computer. My need is for a Wi-Fi printer and I am needing to print invoices from my car. It is extremely slow for that process.

So far this little printer has answered in A VERY BIG way. Office work from home is intact! Highly Recommend.

I've had nothing but issues with getting this thing to print. It will print for a while then I have to use the HP print and scan doctor, which only works occasionally. I will stay away from HP products going forward.
