I bought it a month ago and just unbox it to set it up to use. The printer WILL NOT print in colors no matter how many times I tried!! I did aligned the printer, cleaned printhead, check all the settings to make sure I didn’t accidentally click black and white mode and even searched on HP page and watched YouTube videos to see how to fix it. It printed test pages with colors every single time, but when I need to print something else, no colors. I switched to HP laptop to see if it works and NO, this time it won’t print anything not even running to prepare to print (I use Mac). This is completely the worst machine I’ve ever had and I read reviews before I bought it… Also, I contacted for help on Best Buy and got transferred 3 times in almost 40 minutes. NONE OF THE AGENT knew what they are doing, they didn’t even know what happened to the printer and called themselves technical team? and finally the last one kept telling me to wait 2-3 minutes then 1-2 minutes and came back said: there’s nothing wrong with cartridges so bring the printer to the store. Such a joke! Worst customer service ever and worst printer!.

This is the second one of these printers that I have purchased. This one is for a relative. Great product.

Easy install if you print out directions. Prints slow, but it's great for my needs

It prints. It is not evil so far. I will keep an eye on it. Printers are not to be trusted generally.

Convenient & compact!! . Was a little difficult to install driver. Butfinally got it.

This printer is a lot smaller then I realized it would be, but it works really well.

Cheap but works. Great for printing a few pages. Ink doesn’t last that long but Bluetooth works

Printer does exactly what it needs to do. Wish i could scan to email though.

The printer doesn’t copy everything that’s on my paper, for example; the date on my paper did not show up on my copied paper. The date is on the original paper. It is a cute little printer though.

This is the second HP printer like this that I have purchased, great quality for the money.

It is smaller than i thought it would be. Still works fine and does what it needs to do. No complaints.

It's okay but slow to print and noisy. Takes too long to print out multiple pages. If you only need to print one at a time it would be fine

It's a small copier and does a pretty good job. Just don't get in a hurry, lol.
