What I'd recommend is giving us a call at +1 800-474-6836 any day between the hours of 8 am - 9 pm ET. To expedite things a bit, I recommend gathering this information:
- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Your case number (from prior contact with support)
I'd also like to add that HP printers generally have a 1-year warranty from their date of purchase, so I hope you'll make use of it.
