Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sad that I made this purchase, I was told that I could Hard wire it to my computer and when I did it kept telling me to down load things and use the wifi and then after 10 times it still kept telling me that it was not on line. very frustrated in the product and also the the help center on line and also talking to the people at best buy stores . i returned it and I am looking for something else I need a pruduct that I can hook up hard wire to my computer and use to print things from work and also photos. I use to be proud of HP products but now I am VERY DIPLEASED with them .

Not a great printer

I read the reviews and from them I thought it was a great printer. I will be returning it. It’s very slow and leaves lines in the text. It was very hard to set it. It won’t connect to my printer. It didn’t come with an USB cord to plug it into your computer because we have horrible WiFi.
