Good for at home use

Good home use printer with potential

Prints are fast regardless of color or grayscale. The prints also show the paper texture on standard weight printer paper, wasn't expecting that, but can appreciate it. Not a five star review because the print tray was a little confusing to figure out, took awhile and a few tries to get it open, though I might consider that user error. The thing to really make it not a five star is that it's not possible to adjust the paper loader for custom sized paper. Would have appreciated a slider there when the printer offers limited custom sized printing.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered a comparably priced model (the HP Deskjet 3755), returned it, and decided to go for the HP Deskjet 4155e. This machine is larger, weighs more and feels more "substantial" than the first one. I didn't get a chance to operate the 3755 but the 4155e is great!; crystal clear scans copies and documents. I am amazed at the quality of this machine for what I paid.
