We love to travel and when we set up at a location the printer is compact enough for easy storage and usage. I actually have 2 of these printers. The other one I take on retreats.

The printer itself is great and print quality is wonderful however setup is not easy on a mobile device. There is very limited support from HP in regards to helping set up the printer when connecting from a mobile device as well.

I was surprised how small it was when it arrived. I purchased it on line. It does everything my prior HP printer did a bit slower but that is expected. I wanted compact.

Decent, basic, printer for basic needs. We were looking for something with a small footprint for a small workspace. We also needed something that could support only a couple uses a week, without spending too much. This printer seemed to match our requirements. There are some nuances we found that I'll cover here at a high level: - The printer mandates a minimum 1/2 inch margin. No setting we found would 'force' it to print into the 1/2 margin. If you have headers or footers that would have normally printed above/below 1/2", you may have to adjust those. - On a Mac at least, the printer seemed like it ignored the "Black and White" option in the print dialog. We found that we had to go to the system print dialog and set that setting there. Application-based print dialogs' color settings seemed to be ignored. - The Instant Ink setup didn't work for us. We're glad it didn't though; the HP rep at the store talked us into the trial of Instant Ink. But looking back on it, I should have been stronger and said "No". Most "pages" we print are only a couple lines. A monthly ink charge for us doesn't make sense when the density of print is so minimal. Our XL print cartridges will likely last an incredibly long time, all with no monthly fee. - We've only scanned minimally, but with our first few scans, we didn't get the document fed straight. A little practice and this is much easier now.

Printer was easy to connect to my laptop and phone. Printing is a little slow, but sufficient for my remote working needs. Great price.

Printer prints what we want or need. Have not had any problems with it so far. I would recommend to anyone who wants a printer for occasional prints.

The price was too good to pass up. It was a deal when buying a laptop. Prints really nice and is bluetooth. Another great feature is that the ink is not expensive.
