Set up and installation took me less than 10 minutes. Great little printer for me. No issues at all and I recommend.

After trying a few different HP printers (since we have HP Smart already installed), they varied in efficiency and durability, as well as size. This printer is rather small but does everything that our larger printer did with an easy cartridge replacement system to it. The best part about this printer is that we don't have to bother much with HP Smart to get new devices working on it, most of the time the device will find the printer on its own and we can print without a lengthy setup process. It's even easier with mobile devices, as this seems to have been designed with those primarily in mind. The only drawback to this printer is that it does not have a flat bed scanner but one that feeds the paper through. If that's a big deal for you, it's a perfect buy for simple printing jobs. For its price and size, it's a very good product!

This is a good printer if you need to have a portable printer. Scan quality is good, but the feeding of documents can be difficult. If you are going to be scanning often, this not for you. Purchase a full size all in one with a scanning bed. Wanted print some labels on thick paper and the feed did not work for the whole page. Print in save ink mode is very slow. For printing letters or papers on normal paper this would work fine.

One of the easiest printers I’ve owned. One of the easiest printers to set up and use, and I’ve had several. I’ve tried other brands and had issues with set up. I’ll be sticking with hp going forward. Best Buy pricing is on par with anyone, and I appreciate being able to see product before I make a purchase.

Not easy to set up, especially if your going to use instant ink. Control panel leaves you in the dark, and scanner leaves a big ink mark on copy. However, the print quality is good.

Had my preferred choice in stock. Home setup was easy and the print quality is good. Staff was very helpful.

Basic printer that have all in one and the best thing is very small not a huge printer perfect Mac/laptop users

This printer isn't quite as capable as our old printer. I've had to pull it back out of the attic a time or two because the scanning capabilities are limited. Sometimes it's hard to reach it over WiFi. Haven't figured out how to print anything away from home either.

My wife works from home and wanted something small and reliable. This has worked out great for this application.

Perfect for small spaces and college students. The scanner is not for heavy-duty scanning but gets the job done!
