The ink doesn't last long at all! It doesn't stay connected to my lap top. I am constantly on the phone with tech support which I must say is 100% great. I bring this on the airplane with me and use it in my RV when my canon printer runs out of ink. I will say that I won't buy a regular cartridge anymore but I will use the XL print cartridges. The regular cartridges run out too fast. So light! Just wish it would stay connected (even using a hard wire it won't connect)

If the problem persists, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can try to find a more lasting solution to the problem – and look into why it has trouble even with a wired connection.
