I'd been looking for a compact printer that would not take up so much room and that I could take in my RV when we travel. I was so excited to find this one. Well, my excitement lasted about a week, then I realized what a piece of junk this was. You have to baby it, and baby it for every single thing you print. Over half the time it won't grab the paper and you have to take the paper out and put it back in. Over half the time you have to turn it off and then on for it to connect or work. I'm shocked that as big of a company as HP is, they can't do better. Stupid me, should have returned it but kept thinking, I can make it work right. Nope, got a new computer and it wouldn't work with the new computer so had to buy a new printer. Went with HP again, and still not impressed. Don't waste your money.

Does everything you want a printer to do, but in a much smaller footprint. And if you sign up for the ink service, you never have to worry about running out of ink! The printer alerts the company when youre getting low, and they ship out new ink!

Its perfect size for my sons room and his school work, I have a larger one that takes way too much ink This is perfect for him.

I like how easy it was to set up. Nothing seems to be working very well. But I like what's happening. I did a few pictures and turn out very well. It's nice and small easy to move around. Doesn't take up much space at all. It's a nice white color. The price was in within my range.

I ordered online, and the unit I received was defective. The feed for the scanner/copier pulled papers in crooked. Since I had bought the Geek Squad Replacement Plan, I was sent a replacement and had to drop off the first printer for return shipping. I have hardly used the printer so far, but it seems to be working. I was advised to adjust the print alignment, but after I went through a laborious process of checking through a whole page of test alignments it wasn't able to adjust the alignment.

This little printer is amazing... it has a ton of features , prints from my iPhone , and takes up very little space.

I love how convenient this printer is. I use it in RV and the size is perfect. Copy is nice also.

I love this printer! Bought it to print shipping labels for my online store. Which it does very nicely. Super clear and pretty fast. Print from your phone. Small and compact design when all closed is a definite plus. Trying the instant ink service from HP, we’ll see how that goes.

does what its suppose to and love the size makes it easier to put it anywhere but the scanning and copying is slow.

This printer is perfect for my college student. It is not oversized, so it fits appropriately in her college dorm without taking up much space.

I wanted a cheap printer during pandemic since my printer stopped working (even though I hardly used it). This printer is hard to use with the instructions they give you and it seems that HP just wants to sell you more Ink!

only used it a few times but I love it's size and capabilities. my only gripe is that the scanner only works one page at a time so you're going to be sitting next to a printer for a while if you have to do 12 plus sheets.

Love the small sleek size of this printer. Also does a great job once you get it set up. I found it difficult to set up.
