After using it 4 times i now have an error and a flashing light telling me the the color ink cartridge is empty, i have only printed 2 pages in color. Ive tried troubleshooting as instructed on the accompanying materials as well as online. Has not helped.

- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

Compact and light

I live in an old house with only one outlet per room so I keep this on my dresser and then when I want to print, move it closer to an outlet. It's very lightweight and works really well for me. There is no manipulating it from the printer. And, it also will only accept wifi 2.4. While that might have been fine a few years ago, technology has moved onto 5.0 & above. The 2.4 signal can be very weak in residences, making it hard to connect.
