I wasn't expecting to buy a printer when I went in to Best Buy but I will say it is the best $40 that I've ever spent

Like the product, like the auto-refill instant ink, a bit clunky to do 2-sided printing. Does not hold much paper in the paper tray. Helps me be conservative and more eco-friendly, which I like!

It works great and connects every time through Wi-Fi to be able to print. We needed something with a smaller footprint because we’re living in an RV and this worked out great.

printer was amazing but setting it up was kinda wierd at first had to look up a youtube video.

I really like this little printer for my home office. With a price point of $45 and their instant ink discount with free shipping option. Yes it's a good buy. I do have a issue ( I'm sure it's me bc the directions sound easy)setting up the Wi-Fi but since I also purchase the 1 yr. protection plan - I'll have a Geek help once they aren't so busy - for now I'm going old school and using a printer cable

just need a printer for the occasional document. Cant beat the price and small enough to not get in the way

Excellent little printer for my family to use. Quality is top notch HP as expected. I recommend for anyone.

Used it a few times already, great print quality and nice and small so doesn’t take up much space. Only thing I have noticed so far is how quickly the colored inked that come with it runs out. Printed around 30 pages and it’s pretty much out.

I use this printer to make copies out in the field and at the hotel. It works great and the price is right!

I am in college and it’s a good printer to have because it’s small and fits vey well in my dorm

Bought it for light use while traveling in general, and for use in our RV. Fits easily into our airline carry-on.

I really like this printer , is very light weight and I can easily move it around when I’m doing my homework. It is also fast at printing .

This printer was great when I first bought it. Small footprint, inexpensive printer, fairly cheap ink (coming from a Brother printer where a set of ink is $70). I used instant ink for awhile and it was just fine. However, the store-bought cartridges seem to dry out really fast, or something. After not printing for awhile, my prints come out streaky, or the color is missing entirely. I ran through a couple of cleaning cycles, and it didn't help. The only thing that fixed the problem was putting in a new cartridge. But I still had over ½ the old one left according to diagnostics. Also, I forgot my admin password and there seems to be no way to factory reset the machine to fix it?! I've looked at so many youtube videos and reddit threads; nothing suggested has worked. Lastly, now that I have a new ink cartridge in and printing colors is OK, I'm trying to align the print heads and getting an "unable to align" error. All said and done, it was fine as a short-term purchase, but it's such a terrible environmental impact to have to replace the stupid thing already!!

Bought this printer because of its smaller size. Fits nicely on my desk without taking up so much room!

I was surprised to see how this small printer can print and copy. I have it right on my desk and I barely know it’s there. It is very easy to install and use and highly recommend it to anyone for its quality and great price.

This printer works as advertised. Handles all of my daughter school needs perfectly and the price was right.
