Installation Was A Pain

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Now that I finally managed to install the printer (and spending about 2 days doing that) the printer works well. Installation was a major pain -i had a major problem with installation - software not recognizing the printer, printer refusing to go online. I found several chats onlne with the same problem. That was diagnosed as missing the correct driver. I followed those instructions, with USB cable, uninstalling, etc., etc. Nothing worked. Finally I found a Youtube video demomstrating installation, and noticed that the model number the speaker input was the 3700 Series, rather than the specific 3755 Model number. Once I did that the installation went much better. So why were the instructions not clear on this? It's fine to say just start the HP Smart and it will take care of everything, but that is just not workable if you don't know what to input to start the process.
