Affordable, but sometimes has trouble

I have to turn it on and off a couple times for it to print, even from my HP laptop which is the same brand. It’s also a hassle trying to setup the wireless printing. I gave up and continued to use the cord to print. The printing quality is also not the best.

The very first time I used this printer, it worked great actually. Unfortunately, ever since, it has been nothing but trouble. It rarely connects and instead stays in offline status. When it does work, it feeds in multiple sheets of paper at a time ruining my print job. There is also a line that appears across my image when I use the scan function. Overall, I spend about 10+ minutes troubleshooting each time I try to use this printer.

I wish this thing came with detailed instructions for dummies because I have only printed out one page by accident and I still don't know how I did it. Those flashing lights don't help me at all. you have to be tech savvy to operate this thing.
