For the price this printer is awesome!! It prints a little slow but other than that its excellent

There is nothing wrong with the printer itself but I would NOT sign up for the instant ink service ever again I feel so cheated. After finding out how this service truly worked I cancelled my service. Prior to me cancelling the rep told me I would no longer be able to use my free instant ink they sent me until I restore service. I asked if I was able to use the ink that it came with they told me yes and if I had an issue I could unplug it and start to print again. The very next day orange light blinking on printer info page states issue with instant ink acct. and won’t print anything. Tried computer generated virtual agent no help called and spoke to live agent who told me to do exactly what the virtual agent said with no resolution. Fixed myself but everyday have to do the same fix which requires two pages of information to print before it will work. This is unfair and a waste of my time, ink and paper. Will be calling Hp to see about a replacement or refund!!!!

I had a bit of difficulty setting up the system, but once it was connceted, the printer worked very well.

When you copy it gets smaller, also it doesn't have a USB plug in which is horrible for it being compact!? Why. Set up was hard on android but worked instantly with apple product. Couldn't use in truck for on the go printing

Great printer! It was easy to install and easy to use. My kids use it a lot for school so it’s perfect.

Reliable but very slow to print documents. Would recommend for 1-2 pages in home printing.

Overall a great price for a good quality print - make sure you have time to wait for your document printing though.

Product is as described. Easy step up. Copies are clear and prints quickly. Compact size. Reasonable pricing for this product.

bought this to use in my work truck. It is an OK printer but you knew that when you bought it.

My sis wanted it and never complained after she got it so I guess it’s doing the job

The was easy to setup & on my phone! It does everything I need & doesn’t take up a lot of space!

For the price it wasn’t bad. The ink goes fast but being part of the ink program isn’t bad at all. You spend less being part of the program than buying ink at a high price. It’s a small printer and light weight.

My husband and I bought this as a space saver option for our desk. It does a nice job, but if you have to scan something the pages only scan 1 at a time. We also have called HP twice in the 3 weeks we've owned it and not have it connected by cord to the computer. The router has to be very close in order to make this "cord free". Our router is 15 steps from our desk and for this printer, that's not close enough.

Has all the basic functions you’d expect out of a printer. It’s small but it’s ink doesn’t las as long I thought.

Product is okay for its price. The printing takes a while and it’s not as good as I expected but it works good.

Just pulled printrr out and put ink cartridges in have not used yet but so far so good.

Small printer. Does not take up a lot of space. I have had no problem so far!

We bought this printer for the kids. They needed to print random stuff for school at times. The printer it self is nice. It looks good next to the IMac. Only complaint I would have. Is how slow it is compared to others printers. For the price. It’s not an issue.

Works perfectly, doesn’t take much space. It is so easy to use that my kids use it easily, print from the iPads and phones.
