    This was a quick purchase because I needed a printer but did not need anything heavy duty. The set up process took longer than expected. I have a printer from 2008 that installed by simply plugging in the USB - this printer needs a disc to install unless you search through the HP Database.

    There was not a user manual that came with the printer. You Have to be connected to the internet and the printer connected to the computer to get information about the printer online which can be very cumbersome. It is hard to pull out the document receiving tray. The parts stick a little bit.
