    I would give this printer zero stars but I can’t. When I read the reviews I was optimistic but some were good and some bad. So I purchased the printer and from the start it was trouble. It was hard to connect but I finally got it connected and working. Then it ran out of ink quickly and kept losing the internet connection. Then when printing it cut off about an inch of the bottom of my paper. When I realized it and wanted to return it my 15 days was up. Normally stores give you 30 days. When I called customer service they said if I was a paid rewards member I would have got more days to return the item. Why should I have to pay to get my return days increased. Customer service sent me to HP to trouble shoot the problem. They were no help either. Would not recommend!

    It does not have the speed they said it has. The scanner doesn't work very well, I have to be holding the paper in order to get a good result pushing it so it won't stop working. On my next answer I would say may be, but I have the option of "yes" or "not", so that's why I will answer "ue"

    This is an extremely light weight printer. It works well when my wifi can connect to it. I'm not sure what the problem is, but it's inconsistent .

    This was a quick purchase because I needed a printer but did not need anything heavy duty. The set up process took longer than expected. I have a printer from 2008 that installed by simply plugging in the USB - this printer needs a disc to install unless you search through the HP Database.
