Does it’s job, prints a little too slow but it works well enough.

Mediocre printer. Print quality is good but very slow. Feeder that scan pages isn't picking up the document unless you force it. Even after forcing it, the copy still has a black streak at the top of it. Looking for a new printer.

Seriously. This thing is compact- But the absolute slowest printer.

My wireless printer is amazing it took alittle while yo figure out how to get it running but once i did the quality of the items i print is great.

Even using their software this printer is awful to work with. Although I like the compact size connecting to it is a nightmare.

The printer worked fine at first, was easy to set up and printed fine but after a while it stopped printing. I don’t print things every day or even every week but I expect my printer to print when I want it to. No such luck. It stopped printing the black ink letters and numbers (yes I had ink in it) and I couldn’t get it to print anymore. I tried cleaning the headers and realignment and updating of the software but nothing worked. Had to return and get a different one.

I was so excited to finally get this printer because it was on backorder and I realize I should have paid attention to the reviews. The setup was a bit time consuming and months later, I am still facing connectivity issues where sometimes the printer is undetectable. As of a couple of weeks ago, the printer stopped printing the current document, but rather prints something I requested two-three print jobs back. Yes, this printer is only for small and singular print jobs. Print quality is decent, even in color, however the margins cannot be too narrow otherwise it's out of print range and there is no modifying that. Printing speed varies and it will not take cardstock that exceeds 65lb, even if you attempt to feed it manually with the button. Other than for looks, I honestly would not recommend this printer.
