Cute, cheap, but you get what you pay for

But the printer did lose its wireless connection (although stationed right next to the router) when it had a “paper jam”. Fact is, it likes to pull more than one piece of paper at a time—this is HP multi-purpose 20 paper. Only solution I’ve found is to fan the paper well & only put 10 sheets into the printer at one time.

Very Frustrating

This travel sized one though - very frustrating. The options to sign up for the instant ink, as well as the options to change its active network, are so hidden and difficult to use that I disconnected it and put it in a closet.

Not the best option

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was so excited to finally get this printer because it was on backorder and I realize I should have paid attention to the reviews. The setup was a bit time consuming and months later, I am still facing connectivity issues where sometimes the printer is undetectable. As of a couple of weeks ago, the printer stopped printing the current document, but rather prints something I requested two-three print jobs back. Yes, this printer is only for small and singular print jobs. Print quality is decent, even in color, however the margins cannot be too narrow otherwise it's out of print range and there is no modifying that. Printing speed varies and it will not take cardstock that exceeds 65lb, even if you attempt to feed it manually with the button. Other than for looks, I honestly would not recommend this printer.
