Had to replace an old one and this HP is everything I need. It was easy to set up and once I got the software onto 2 computers it worked like a charm. From both. I am trying the ink deal and so far am very pleased.

I bought it on sale last week, and it’s a really good printer. I haven’t used it a whole lot, but it prints really quick, and it’s pretty sharp. With the HP smart app, it was a quick process to get it all working.

Good for the money, nothing too special. doesn't stay connected

I guess everything is going to Apps before you can use it. I don’t care for it. But over all the copier works fine.

This product is working just as the information describe it. Read carefully.

The app is too simple and the printer frequently disconnects from wi-fi from lack of usage and runs out of ink too quickly. Used to own a Brother printer from like 2010 and yes the ink would dry up from lack of use but I JUST purchased this and maybe printed like 5 times and its already at the halfway point. There's no ethernet port to fix the wifi issue. Well there is but it's some weird connection that I've literally never heard of. If it disconnects you need to remove the printer from your account but it's not doable in the app. You need to log in from a browser instead. And any type of cleaning... its impossible to find the appropriate redirect in the app. And guess what it's in neither the app nor your online account in-browser. Instead it's a locally hosted program that opens up in the browser so you might get some flags from your browser saying you're connecting to an unprotected network.

Good printer for the price…especially considering it was a Black Friday deal. Had to wait on the app to realize the printer was up and running (on the Wi-Fi)…but once it did the setup was simple. Setup instructions could be better as the pictures were less than adequate. Fortunately I worked for HP in finance for 14 years so I’ve had to decipher their instructions in the past.

have not used yet but this was a great price for something in the home

Okay but it ran out of ink right away. How do I get the 6 months of instant ink included from HP?
