When you need to print and use wifi, it’s hot or miss if the paper will even feed. It’s been more annoying than helpful.

I will be getting another one when the time is right. Best Buy always has the best products and deals!

IT DOES NOT COME WITH A CABLE FOR NON WIFI USE. THE INK CARTRIDGE IS TRICKY TO INSTALL. IN DESPERATION I FOUND A VIDEO ONLINE WHICH SOLVED THE PROBLEM. THE SET UP INSTRUCTIONS ARE VAGUE AND NEED IMPROVEMENT.

When the printer connects to my laptop it works fine. That’s only when it connects. Spent 1.5 hours on the phone with 3 different people today that I could hardly understand only to have the the printer fail to connect an hour later

It was a huge hassle to get it fixed through HP. It has worked fine since then, but I haven't used it all that much.
