My HP 4133e

A little involved to get set up having to go online to have the connection. I still don't understand why HP makes it such a pain in rearend. When it does fail hopefully in a year or two, I'll just buy another el cheapo...maybe a little better.

Reason for low stars is because not two sided printing that I personally prefer as to conserve paper. Also does not hold much paper so up and down when notified often.

However, for the price that I paid for the printer is not user-friendly, the quality is not there. I would recommend this product at all. Since I’ve purchase it, I’ve had complications from setting up my Wi-Fi through the app. and indicates that there’s errors when there’s not I’ve had to look up for reviews and to find out that people are not satisfied with the printer. The only reason why I purchased this printer was because I was in desperate need I am a teacher and the only reason why I always purchase an HP it’s because of the program with the Instacart Ink program and I was not willing to pay more than $100 which is not worth it for a printer. Do not do not purchased this printer.

I’m sorry you’ve had such a troublesome start to owning your printer. It’s easy to understand why difficulty with the HP Smart App, connecting to your Wi-Fi errors and contradictory error messages would be a frustrating combination. I want to help you improve performance, so I’ll direct you to some resources I hope will serve that end.
First, I recommend that you follow a guide on our support site to installing and using the HP Smart App, especially the FAQ portion, which covers common questions as well as difficulties users have encountered. Find that guide here:

And never open the scanner part of the scanner lol i open the scanner part omg tell me the glass was not smashed omg omg I’m going now to return it other than that

Document feeder is sketchy, ink starts to fade when cartridge is still 3/4 full. Have to use glass instead of feeder which is annoying for multiple pages.

It has great features and affordable toner replacements. I needed a new printer because I had purched a new laptop and it wouldn't support my old printer. I was able to get help from HP on my old printer and was able get the drivers needed to support it to use with new laptop. I did not need the new printer yet, so have retuned it unopened. But will buy again when the old printer gives out.

So I don't have the software for the printer. HP should include a CD with the software.

Too, I was supposed to have 6 months of free ink, but cannot figure out how to redeem it in the software. Overall, the software is the problem.
