    Out of box, could not install ink cartiges The carrier would not move followed instruction. Called tech support , no help they could send a geek Sqyaders to my home whcih I wouldd have to pay for . Nope. OK They will send me a return label. Nope I can print it, REMEMBER SEE above OK watch my e mail a UOS truck will come to my house they will send me an e mail telling when Nothing yet . I'm off to the dime store to buy a No. 2 pencil

    Returned after realizing the costs associated with the printer and per page printing with instant ink. The variables in the house it was being used in would lead to costs with no use.

    Ink ran out in the first 15 pages. I bought this printer for the cost and have to buy ink right after purchase. Would never recommend.

    The printer is fine but HP is the worst. I will never buy an hp again. I never needed to call HP customer service before. But when I did it was a nightmare. They are so rude and they really do not care about you at all. They have no concern to deliver decent customer service. Terrible!

    It seems to use a lot of ink. This is my only issue. It prints well. It doesn't tell me how to switch to black only on the actual printer.
