Worst printer ever
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can only give one star, because it does print. Beyond that it is the WORST printer I have owned. Quality is poor; it's crazy loud; it's super slow; and holds about 20-30 pieces of paper in the tray. I tried to take it back and I'm 2 days past the deadline (day 17). I have spent $1000's at Best Buy, but no more. They have permanently lost a customer and future $1000's.

Posted .Hi there.
I’m sorry that your printer has performed so poorly. Your frustration comes as no surprise, considering you’ve endured poor print quality, slow print speed, difficulty loading paper and unexpected noise. I want to help you remedy these problems. I hope the resources I’ve listed below reach that goal.
First, I recommend that you follow a guide on our support site that covers improving print speed; among its suggestions are instructions on updating firmware, which can help improve print speed and other performance. Find that guide here:
- support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2817150-2408088-16
Next, you might gain useful information from a guide to improving print quality. Issues covered include faded or streaked prints, color or black ink not printing properly or at all, and blurred or fuzzy text. Find that guide here:
- support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_6189232-6189286-16
Finally, I just checked the product specifications for this printer, and the paper capacity is 60 sheets. For input on why you’re able to fit only 20 to 30 sheets – as well as the unexpected noise you describe, or any problem that persists – I suggest you contact us directly so we can help you assess what’s happening and find the proper course of action. A good simple all-in-one
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For a simple home or very small office (emphasis on very small), a printer like the HP Deskjet 4133e is a good option. It does all the tasks expected of a simple all-in-one well. It prints well. It can scan documents. I t can make copies. As long as it is not a workhorse, this printer fulfills all of the basic needs. Setting up is straightforward. I would say I followed the instructions and did not run into any issue. Now you do need to activate HP+ and create an account to really take advantage of the printer's features. The smart functionality is convenient but not all people really need it. I am not the biggest fan of needing to create an account and these subscriptions for ink. Now in terms of connectivity, I tried both Android and Apple devices and had no issues. This being a "e" printer, it does not come with a cable and everything is done wirelessly. This may be important for a lot of people. In terms of printing, I would say I got the advertised ~8 ppm for black prints and ~5 ppm for ones with color. The text was crisp and clean. For documents, they work really well. For color printing, I was pleased with the quality. It was decent. I would say even on glossy prints, it held up well. There is no auto feeder for double-sided printing. You have to manually do things. If you want to save paper and/or print 100 pages double sided, this printer may not be the one for you. Scanning worked well. I ran into no issues. Copies also looked crisp. All in all, this is a simple printer that will get the job done. I mainly recommend it for home or maybe as a secondary printer in a small office. It is one of HP's "e" printers, meaning everything is wireless. It does require using HP+ and making an account to really use the features. It can add an extra step to everything when setting up but can make things easier down the road.

Zero stars, cartridges last less than a week, usel
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worst printer I have ever owned. Ink cartridges, dry immediately, I may be print 10 pages a month and have to change the cartridge every month. . It’s going in the trash, don’t waste your money a total piece of junk. I’ve never had this problem with the printer before, apparently it drinks ink and the ink is not cheap. Would give you zero stars if that were a choice

Don’t buy it
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Scam. I don’t care how inexpensive the printer is- you are forced into a subscription service for the ink. This is not clear to the consumer when purchasing. And they want you to keep it on and connected to wireless so they can monitor the printer. This is deceptive and annoying.

||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Late review as I purchased a while ago and already threw it away ( landfill - recycle center ) Constantly jamming and when it did print the quality was horrible. Spend more or maybe look at a Brother.
