Bad choice. Don’t buy it.

It has lots of issues with papers getting jammed. Another big issue is black ink; I would replace a brand new cartridge, and within a week I get a notification that it is out of ink even though I’d had barely printed anything. I wouldn’t recommend this printer to anyone.

Making copies and printing off my Laptop and Phone. i like the option to sign up for instant ink and having it delivered. Thank You, Joe

Last month I purchased an HP4100, it didn’t do all I wanted. I could not be happier with this newer printer. I will be returning my HP4100 before January 14th. Best Buy has wonderful customer service.

BEWARE, STAY AWAY

Of course, I missed my return date and consider burning this printer. Without fail it is NEVER online and NEVER stays online. Follow the directions to correct and a day later when I need to print it is dead again. Using printer cable is useless as well because all of a sudden that stops working as well. Biggest piece of JUNK!

Excellent Printer/Scanner

Have already used the HP Ink Program with no issues and carried over to this model. Free monthly ink when singing up is a Plus. Total Tech Support Program is a Must Have in case of issues down the road. Great Reliable Purchase!

Poor product

The printer will not work unless you sign up for instant ink from HP only. You cannot use cartridges from anywhere else. Even with their cartridges, I have never been able to get the printer to print. When I call their customer service they tell me that they cannot help me unless I buy there ink.

Could not have happened at a worse time. I just had surgery, trying to work at home, and "BOOM", NO PRINTER. Gonna send it back to BestBuy and try again. PEOPLE, PLEASE KEEP WARRANTIES ON ALL ELECTRONIC ITEMS, especially ones bought at BESTBUY. THANK YOU AND GOOD NIGHT.

AWFUL scanner and HORRIBLE software support

Hp smart app will not download to my laptop after trying multiple wifi routers, so I'm stuck using my phone to scan. The photo quality is ok. The document quality is better. But after 5 scans it stopped working. After multiple tries and restarts, powering off and on, I'm just done. It does not include the entire page if you position it against the frame on the scan bed, rather it crops off the edges. So you have to position your page in the center hoping you align it correctly. I've had better outcomes from scanners made in 1998. 20 years later and it seems to have gotten worse. I have no experience with printing on this, but i suppose its just like every inkjet printer where it's on, not great for pictures, and the ink only lasts as long as you use it often enough. I give it 2 stars solely for not being able to download necessary software and for the hassle of scanning items. Id give it 1 star, but it did scan 3 things before it became me an issue.
