    It’s the worst

I don’t like this printer & I swear by HP printers. I hate the feeder, it’s like in the back, the paper gets jammed or feeds diagonally sometimes. The printing quality sucks. I had an inexpensive HP printer that I purchased 2012, got for about $50, lasted for a decade. They just don’t make things like they used to I guess.

      Hi, Noreen.

I’m sorry that your printer has performed so poorly for you. Your frustration comes as no surprise, considering you’ve endured document feeder issues and poor print quality. I want to help you resolve these problems, so I’ll direct you to some resources that I hope will reach that end.

First, I recommend you follow a guide on our support site to document feeders that malfunction. Examples are pulling through too many pages at once or failing to pick up any paper at all. Find that guide here:
      - support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_3833686-1493864-16

Next, I suggest following the steps listed in a guide on our support site to improving print quality. Issues covered include faded or streaked prints, color or black ink not printing properly or at all, and blurred or fuzzy text. Find that guide here:
      - support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_6189232-6189286-16

If any problem persists, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess what’s happening and find the best course of action. To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:

      - Model number
      - Serial number
      - Your location
      - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

Garbage. Don't buy. They require ink membership. Doesn't print well. Doesn't work well unless you have membership with HP. Sorry HP, but you don't tell me when and where to buy my ink.

Don’t buy! It’s horrible and keeps giving errors. Then I’d get it to work for 1-2 times and fail again. So frustrating. I was past the return date and wanted to go office space in this printer! Instead I ran it over with my car and then disposed of it.

Terrible experience, I will never buy HP printer again. It was difficult to install, first black ink cartridge wasn’t working. It doesn’t work most of time by the unclear reasons. It is cheap but it is money thrown to garbage.

I have already done a review on the printer. It was a negative one and not because of the printer. HP support sucks and so does the HP instant ink. Because of the HP support I will never buy another HP product. Set was easy until you have a problem and need HP support

Most horrible printer ever. Only good at repeatedly printing useless instructions. Originally worked fine and now wont recognize wifi network. Tried numerous Youtube fixes and HP provides no help or phone support. Thank you Best Buy for a useless priduct purchased November 28th 2022.

      Hi, Eric.

I’m sorry that your printer has performed so poorly for you. I can certainly understand why the inability to reconnect the device to your Wi-Fi network and not finding the support you need would be an unnerving combination. I want to help you out of this dilemma, so I’ll suggest some resources I hope will serve that end.

First, I recommend you visit a page on our support site that has diagnostic tools for various issues, including wireless connectivity. You can find that page here:
      - support.hp.com/us-en/topic/diagnostics

For more help with difficulties, you can access troubleshooting guides, how-to documents and software updates specific to your printer here:
      - support.hp.com/us-en/product/model/2101375489

You can find the main user manual for the 4100e printer series here:
      - www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c07043347.pdf

If any problem persists, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess what’s happening and find the best course of action. To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
