Awesome Budget Option
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great budget printer. Has AirPrint and batch copy functionality. Exactly what we needed. Would be nice if it had a screen for print options built in, but can’t beat it for the price.

Posted .Hi, James.
I’m sorry to learn that your printer has begun to render prints of such poor quality after only about 20 pages. I can wholly understand why prints so faint that you cannot determine the color would be an unwelcome surprise indeed. I want to help you get the device printing clearly like it should. I hope the resources I’ve listed below guide you to that end.
First, I recommend you follow a guide on our support site to improving print quality. Issues covered include faded or streaked prints, color or black ink not printing properly or at all, and blurred or fuzzy text. Find that guide here:

Posted .Hi there.
I’m sorry you’ve had a difficult start with your printer. I can wholly understand your disappointment, considering you’ve not found the two-sided printing feature you’d like, and that you find signing up for HP+ inconvenient. I want to help you resolve these issues, so I’ll provide some resources and clarifying information that I hope will reach that goal.
While you’re correct that your printer lacks automated duplex printing, it does have a manual function that accommodates two-sided prints. I suggest you consult the main user manual on our support site, specifically the section called “Print Using a Computer.” Find that manual here:
- www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c07043347.pdf
Next, can learn more about the benefits of HP+ printers by following this link:

If you need further assistance with anything, I suggest you contact us directly so we can help you assess what’s happening and find the proper course of action. HP+ printers such as yours come with exclusive concierge support. To call and reach live HP+ experts, visit the following URL and enter your HP+ serial number:

Set up took hours, requiring a tech for all three
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It took hours to get it set up. We had to use my husband's computer to set up my phone and tablet to be able to print wirelessly. But the tech was very helpful and did get it working. I have printed from my phone and tablet, and made copies. But is very slow, even with copying.

Wish I had made a wiser choice
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ink doesn't produce as many copies as I had hoped. Can't fax from desktop and having trouble getting it to correctly print from gmail. Wish I had chosen a better product but I guess for the price it's adequate
